Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
Financial Information / Insurance
We offer interest-free financial payment plans, family discount ($250), a paid-in-full discount at the beginning of treatment (5%), and outside financing to fit your situation and budget. Our office is committed to helping you accurately determine your insurance benefits, including Flex plan benefits. Our financial coordinator will determine your coverage in good faith prior to your first visit and we will file your insurance claims for you. You will remain responsible for any adjustments in your account if the insurance company doesn't pay their estimate of coverage. We will customize the patient portion of your account to help you determine the best payment program for you. If there are any questions, please contact Jenny, our financial coordinator.
